projets, nos envies\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nous mettrons l\u2019accent sur l\u2019\u00e9nergie des danses africaines et afro-am\u00e9ricaines plut\u00f4t que sur leurs aspects techniques, bien que ceux ci seront pr\u00e9sents!<\/p>\n<p>Nous apprendrons de simples mouvements chor\u00e9graphi\u00e9s incluant les techniques de bases : mobilit\u00e9 du bassin, de la colonne vert\u00e9brale, de la cage thoracique, rythmicit\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nous utiliserons ces apprentissages \u00e0 travers des exercices de danse improvis\u00e9e, comme une m\u00e9ditation cr\u00e9ative o\u00f9 chacun.e puise dans les mouvements transmis pour d\u00e9velopper sa propre force, adoucir son regard vis-\u00e0-vis de soi et repartir amplis de bonnes vibrations!<\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Lieu :<\/strong> <br>Salle :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lundi : focus sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement qui nous suivra toute la semaine, apprentissage de quelques pas de bases et improvisation<br \/>Mardi : avec musiciens, focus sur les chor\u00e9graphies<br \/>Mercredi : rappel des mouvements chor\u00e9graphi\u00e9s et improvisation<br \/>Jeudi et Vendredi :\u00a0 chor\u00e9 + improvisation que nous esp\u00e9rons accompagn\u00e9es
